Payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules will be communicated prior to commencement of work. Pafford Land & Home reserves the right to pause or discontinue work in the event of non-payment according to agreed terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible, that any required permissions or easements are in place, and that relevant property lines and any underground utilities have been identified before work begins. Pafford Land & Home is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures not disclosed prior to service.
